Principal Keith Hewlett has worked for 24 years in private practice in the city, suburban and country areas. He is well known for good quality and thorough work, careful and caring assistance, independence from influence and bias and frank advice. Keith aims to provide to you, with his professional work, a sound legal foundation to help you achieve financial or personal peace of mind and success. He is ably assisted by caring staff who share and support his aims.From 1985, Keith has successfully helped thousands of clients in transaction matters including property legal transactions, wills and probate, sale and purchase of businesses and commercial leasing all during that time.While working in Sydney CBD in the early 1990’s, Keith developed additional skills in trade mark work and more complex legal agreement work. Keith has continued to assist clients in these areas to this date.In 1993, Keith established the firm KR Hewlett & Co.

Since then, Keith was able to add will dispute litigation work, family law litigation, building agreement and dispute advice work, strata title and local court appearance work to his list of services. In recent years, Keith has been called upon to assist people who have suffered financial loss from "sharp" or oppressive conduct in higher courts, with the assistance of Counsel. Keith has been able to help obtain successful outcomes for his clients, often against more financially resourced, difficult or evasive opponents.In his personal life, Keith has been active to assist his local community. Over periods totalling 13 years, he has served in the role of Secretary of an Apex Club, Chamber of Commerce and Business Association. Keith has been a member of the Cabramatta Citywatch and local Police consultative community safety group for the last 10 years. On occasions, Keith speaks to community groups about various legal topics of concern. Keith previously lectured at NSW TAFE in real estate law, contract law, trust accounting and taxation subjects.
